This is a GREAT location! Always friendly, on time and everything I've had from their is great! Avocolada, Bahama mama, green goddess and the chocolate one is so yummy! Thanks for being in our neighborhood!

This place has gone downhill. Me and my husband just left after waiting a half hour at the drive through. We had to honk the horn for the employee to remember our food that she left on the counter. All employees made drinks for themselves and were walking around keeping their heads turned away from us. When the window opened up, the lady just threw the food at us. Our smoothies were mushy once we finally got our disgusting food. I hope this place shuts down because the workers always look miserable and the service is always trash.

We wanted to go to Tropical Smoothie after a long day in the Sun. It was Sunday June 29th. I had ordered an online order. When I showed up, I had to call somebody because nobody was responding at the drive thru speaker. I sat there for at least 2 minutes waiting, and it was taking a long time to get through the line. As I was waiting, I saw the person who was handing the drinks to customers at the window tilt the cups almost all the way to the side handing the drink out the window. When I pulled up to the window, I again waited 2 minutes. Finally, somebody came to the window and had my drinks in hand. I saw one of my drinks was over filled, which was no biggie. But when she went to go check the name on the cups she tilted it to the side, causing the overflow to spill over the side. She then proceeded to hand me my drink while it was spilling over the side. I had politely asked her to please wipe it off. After receiving both my drinks, we had tried them, and both were absolutely disgusting. One was watered down, while the other tasted like straight powder. So we went to go pick up our dinner, and then went straight back to tropical smoothie. It was around 8:45pm and I went to the do

Tajian was our cashier for today. An amazing guy outstanding customer service you offered honey instead of sugar which I thought was amazing. Great personality. Had a great smile. Impeccable service. Definitely would recommend coming back to this tropical smoothie.

Bunch of high school kids that don’t care. I eat tropical often.. I’ve given this location literally 30 chances. The smoothies are just horrible. Ice blocks, little flavor. Sandwiches just thrown together and I honestly don’t trust what they do to them. I know how kids are and these kids are true kids. Some of them don’t even attempt to be friendly. Don’t even want to know what they do to the food. It’s so close to my house and yet I can’t order here because I know what I’ll get. True shame. Goto the tropical in chesterfield- they do it right.
